Idk?? I guess it's done now. Hab iwann ein bisschen mit Effekten aka Spritzer/Dampf gespielt und der Bewegungszverzerrungsfilter wurde zu meinem besten Freund halfway through. Aber der artstyle im gesamten Bild is eh dezent lost, also ja. Hatte Groudon an die Omega Form angelegt weil.......... idk. Künstlerische Freiheit????? Save me idk anymore. But it's done.     Es war ca 20 Uhr Abends und ich hatte eine Informatik Klausur am nächsten Morgen, die dezent über my life bestimmt hat, aber als mein frennt (<3) mir das Lineart geschickt hat, hatte ich so viel Lust das zu colorn und war so done mit life, dass ich im Endeffekt bis Mitternacht gechillt daran saß. Random shading ausgepackt, low effort yet somewhat trying halfway through, hmmmm. Who knows. I don't. Aber eeey Collabs. Lineart zu colorn hat mir tatsächlich Spaß gemacht, 10/10, would draw again.

    Huh, look at that. Guess I kindaaa managed to draw something for every month???

    Denke man sieht vor allem gegen Ende des Jahres, dass ich deutlich mehr mit cinematic shots/scenery gearbeitet habe. Vor allem im September, Oktober und Dezember habe ich mehrere pics zur Auswahl gehabt für das Summary, so that's kinda nice.

    Art Goals für 2020 habe ich ein bisschen, aber behalte ich erstmal für mich cause who knows how the year will go. :')

    Die Stunde meines Kommi-Projektes ist zwar schon um, aber ich will halt trotzdem noch einen dritten schreiben.

    Und ganz ehrlich: Ich kann nicht verstehen, warum du seit zwei Jahren keine Kommentare mehr hast. Nun, eine Idee hätte ich: Deine Bilder sind zu genial und einschüchternd. Ich bin völlig überwältigt von deiner Kunst und muss dir das unbedingt sagen, auch wenn das sonst keiner hier in Form eines Kommis tut.

    Anyway, fallst du doch aus irgendeinem Grund Interesse an diesem Wall aus Buchstaben hast, findest du in den einzelnen Tabs mehr.

    Okay, wenn du den Leuten gleich schon sagst, dass sie keine Kommentare schreiben wollen ... Na ja, mich hält's nicht ab. Übrigens gibt es hier sicher schon eine Weile keine Tabs mehr. ;3 Aber auch ohne sie sieht dein Startpost sehr schick aus, auch wenn man manchmal etwas genauer hingucken muss, um die weiße Schrift auf hellblauem Hintergrund zu erkennen.

    Ich hab beim Durchgucken Folgendes beschlossen: 1. Es ist mir zu aufwändig, mir die verlinkten Bilder anzugucken und beziehe mich mit meinen allgemeinen Aussagen nur auf die Dateianhänge. 2. Ich möchte bitte die Updates aus 2018 ignorieren, die sind viel zu gut, viel zu realistisch, viel zu unerreichbar! 3. Deine Katzen sind super! Es gibt zu viele davon, als dass ich mich auf eine spezifische konzentrieren könnte, aber sie sehen alle wirklich toll aus! 4. Stattdessen möchte ich mich auf zwei andere Bilder beschränken, zu denen ich ein paar mehr Worte aus meiner Laien-Sicht sagen werde.


    Wildfire

    Ich war zwar von allen deinen Werken fasziniert, aber das hier war das erste, das ich sprachlos angestarrt hatte. Ich hatte es in meinem Kommentar für Ismael schon erwähnt, aber ich bin ein großer Fan von traditionellen Bildern. Und das hier ist wirklich unglaublich toll. Und dabei hab ich beim ersten Mal Sehen gar nicht kapiert, was es darstellen soll, ich war einfach überwältigt von der Farbenmacht. Dann hab ich den Titel gelesen und den Inhalt erkannt und das macht es gleich noch viel mächtiger. Diese winzige Silhouette neben der riesigen Rauch-Feuer-Wolke, das ist ziemlich respekteinflößend. Es gibt ja solche moderne Kunst, wo man sich fragt, was Leute daran finden. Wenn die alle so aussehen würden, wie das hier, selbst ohne den Realitätsbezug durch die Silhouette würde ich das absolut nachvollziehen können. Ich glaube, was ich mit diesem seltsamen Exkurs versuche zu sagen, ist, dass ich mir dieses Bild absolut in einer renomierten Ausstellung oder in einem Museum vorstellen könnte. Und ich liebe es, es anzustarren!


    Encounter

    Als zweites hab ich mir dann noch eins deiner ja doch deutlich häufiger vertretenen digitalen Werke ausgeguckt. Und zwar zu etwa sechzig Prozent, weil es einen Drachen zeigt. Zehn Prozent kriegt die fliegende Schildkröte und die letzten dreißig sind wieder der farbliche Wow-Effekt. Farblich ist es das komplette Gegenteil zu Wildfire, aber diese kühlen Farben strahlen genau die richtige Ruhe aus. Ich hab das Gefühl, die Charaktere schweben einfach durch die Luft/Wolken, was eben durch diese Blau- und Lilatöne unterstichen wird. Und die fliegende Schildkröte und ihr Reiter (übrigens die geilste Idee!) wirken in ihren Farben recht kräftig, was sie nochmal trotz der riesigen Größe des Drachens extra betont. Das gefällt mir sehr. Hatte ich erwähnt, dass das Lila auch noch eine der wunderschönsten Farben ist? Die hellen Konturen bei den Schuppen des Drachen wirken auf mich ein wenig seltsam, aber mir ist eben aufgefallen, dass da ein Sternenbild in seinem Auge ist. Ich hoffe irgendwie, es spiegelt sich dort, weil ich nicht weiß, was ich sonst damit anfangen soll, aber es ist absolut genial! Wirklich hilfreich wirkt das auf mich zwar gerade nicht, aber ich wollte nur gesagt haben, dass ich auch das hier super gerne anstarre.


    Damit bin ich auch schon am Ende meiner genauen Ausführungen dazu, wie sehr ich deine Bilder liebe. Ich hab hier einige gesehen, die so wirken, als könnten sie mich zu einer Geschichte inspirieren, dann aber doch so surreal sind, dass ich keine Ahnung habe, wie die Geschichte sein könnte. Und ich find's klasse. Ich hab gar nicht so viele Wörter für die seltsamen Welten, die du erschaffst. Deshalb sind es auch die beiden dort geworden, zu denen ich ein bisschen mehr gesagt habe.

    Ich hoffe, du hattest deine Freude an diesem Kommentar (ich hatte auf jeden Fall Freude am Bilder Gucken, auch wenn meinem Arm das Schreiben nicht so gefällt ...) und hoffentlich sagen dir noch mehr Leute, wie toll deine Bilder sind!

    I'm just gonna drop in here und ich freu mich auch ziemlich, dass ich mich in deiner Galerie nicht auf Deutsch verlassen muss, weil mir spontan nicht mal einfallen würde wie ich das auf Deutsch sagen würde. since I'm a lot better at expressing myself in English anyway (which is kinda sad cause I'm not even good at expressing myself then), English it is if I don't wanna sound incredibly awkward. ALRIGHT HERE WE GO


    not usually one to comment around here cause frankly I don't rly have a lot to say, but every so often you see something that makes you go OH NO I GOTTA TALK ABOUT THAT which is why I'm here now ig. specifically I wanna talk about the two ORV pieces! never heard of that webnovel before so I have absolutely no context whatsoever but that's okay I think ... maybe I'll read it if I have nothing else to do, your art sure makes me want to.

    OKAY OKAY I LOVE THIS ONE. what immediately gets me are the colours, they contrast between the overall reds & pinks and the purple & blue accents is SO neat to look at and makes my attention snap toward the important parts immediately. love the composition of this too; even without context I can tell shit's about to go down. with the winged guy (the demon king? he looks evil for sure) right in the center towering even above his throne which already towers above the other (protagonist??) guy makes him look super menacing and powerful. and then how small they are compared to the room as well as the room itself curving outward, the pillars and windows framing them, and the shadow guy 2 throws all the way back to the bottom of the image, it all gives it this amazing sense of scale that I absolutely adore. I also rly love all the edges and how messy yet sharp the lighing / shading is ... this is just super great to look at and I love it.


    I think my favourite part's gotta be the background, overall. it's the perfect mix of messy and clean and gives the whole thing such a great atmosphere ... looks like the cover of a really cool graphic novel or something. in terms of how it uses shapes, it kinda makes me think of something like Promare ... though that may just be coincidence / also because of the vibrant colours idk

    this one's also great for completely different reasons. the atmosphere is so calm and peaceful yet slightly melancholic, guy 2 (that's guy 2 from the previous image right??) staring wistfully into the distance and then that caption ... but by far my favourite part is THAT SKY OH MY GOD. as someone who can't even draw a decent cloud for the life of her (my natural archenemy right next to trees), you really went above and beyond there. it's so SPARKLY and BEAUTIFUL, there's so much detail but not so much that it's hard to look at, it kinda makes me think of a snowglobe? like, a really pretty one. idk. it may be the particles. and of course the cloud's heckin amazing.


    if there's one thing I don't rly like as much though that may just be a stylistic choice in which case just ignore me, it's probably the grass. I feel like it's not thick enough and with how dark the individual blades they stand out a lot against the ground. looks kinda haphazardly thrown on there, in a way. but watch that be a stylistic feature of the original and me just not knowing it or maybe it's not but it's still on purpose and my opinion is utterly irrelevant!!! just wanted to mention it cause it kinda stood out to me



    alright that's it, I'm atrocious at commenting on anything, especially things I really really like, and I really really like your art. shoutout to the Eevee too, that water / the reflection in it makes me swoon //sobs. good stuff good stuff, you've got a way with backgrounds in particular, which automatically makes you more powerful than most artists I know including myself (though that's a given anyway, if I start comparing myself I'll definitely cry but WE DON'T DO THAT HERE, WE GROW AT OUR OWN PACE)

    Upper pic is actually not ORV fanart for once, but instead TCF (Trash of the Count's Family), another great webnovel with nice world building, dragons, magic, war criminals, found family, cunning bastard protagonists and lots of bashing the God of Death. A regular daily routine.

    Uni hit hard and all I managed to draw during my free time was ORV fanart because the webtoon/webnovel is great and I will shove it down yall's throat and yell about it until my funeral

    Both of these pics took my entire life span and god forbid I actually had to draw f a c e s. Disgusting.

    I'm still not very practised in drawing people at all, but because the ORV train is still going and I refuse to get off, I forced myself to live with it. Only thing yall are allowed to zoom in on are the wings and maybe the blanket idk u choose.

    and in case you're wondering why the pose in the left pic looks cursed, its because i never planned to have him hold a sword so the longer you look at it the worse it gets pls don't and move on thank you


    »Art Summary 2020

    To cut it short: first half of the year was drawing sad kitty commissions and the "I've been drawing this tree for 8 hours" experience. Then uni hit real hard midway through the year and the only thing I drew during July was a comic with some bootleg mysterious anime girl, which I have yet to post here whoopsie. Then August came and I refused to breathe for anything except ORV so that's it for 2020. Nothing else to see here.

    Tbh I'm kinda surprised I actually drew people for once, especially since all I knew in January was drawing cat OCs. Guess that's the twist of 2020 for me. Dunno how the next year will go, except that's a lie cause I know uni projects are gonna escalate even more so the next update is probably gonna be in like 2080. Thanks for sticking around (does anyone read this??? idk) and following my updates, I rly appreciate it.


    Also i just realized this post should be german but i left my german brain cells at home and tbh who has ever cared in this galery before (not me that's for sure) so yea post button goes brrr bye bye
