Sign ups for the Autumn Open on November 1st & 2nd (English version)

Hello and welcome to the sign-up-thread for the Autumn Open 2014!

The Autumn Open is one of the biggest German online VGC-tournaments and we'd also like to welcome players from other countries to play in it. Here you can find all the information about the tournament in English!

How to sign up

For signing up you have to be registered in the BisaBoard. If you are not, please click on "Anmelden oder registrieren", then fill in your e-mail where it says "Benutzername oder E-Mail-Adresse", click on "Nein, ich möchte mich jetzt registrieren." and then click on "Registrieren". The following website shows you the terms of use; scroll down and click on "Akzeptieren". Then you can choose a nickname at "Benutzername" and a password at "Kennwort". When you finished all of that, fill in the captcha and click on "Absenden". You will recieve an e-mail with a link to activate your account. Then you're allowed to relpy in this thread!

For a organization purposes it's necessary that your post in this thread looks like this:

BisaBoard-Name / Friendcode / Ingame Name / Year of Birth
for example: Chess / 5472-8491-7588 / Adri / 1999

The tournament will be divided into two divisions depending on the age of a player. All players born after 2000 will be categorized as Juniors and the rest of the players will be categorized as Masters. Please do not cheat; indicate your right year of birth!

Information on the tournament

The tournament will begin on Saturday the 1st of November and will take place over 2 days, so it will be finished on Sunday the 2nd. Please make sure that you're at home on both days so that you can play all matches.

The tournament will be played in Swiss. You should be present at 10:30 am at the latest; the tournament will start at 11 am. You then will get instructions what you have to do from me, @Chess. The top cut (Top 32 probably) will be played on Sunday in a Best Of Three-System.

Prizes

We sadly have to announce that players from outside of Germany, Austria and Switzerland will not be eligible to claim their prizes!

• It's not allowed to disconnet intentionally. Also it's not allowed to accuse your opponent that he disconnected intentionally.
• It's not allowed to use cheated Pokémon. If you do so you will immediately disqualified from the tournament.
• It's not allowed to give a Pokémon the nickname of another pokémon (for example a Pikachu called Arceus ...)
• Everyone is asked to play quickly. Intentionally delaying isn't allowed.
• It's not allowed to change the teammembers of your Pokémon-Team through the whole tournament.

• All matches are played in Doubles format
• Players choose 4 of their 6 Pokemon after team preview
• You may use Pokémon from the Central Kalos Pokédex from #001 to #150, Coastal Kalos Pokédex from #001 to #153, or Mountain Kalos Pokédex from #001 to #147.
• Mewtwo, Xerneas, Yveltal, and Zygarde are banned
• You may only use moves or abilitys on your Pokémon that can be learned or breeded in Pokémon X/Y. Scizor with Bug Bite for example is permitted.
• You're not allowed to use twice the same Pokémon and twice the same item in your team.
