Welcome to the the sign-up thread for the Inoffizielle Deutsche Meisterschaft (IDM) 2013/2014!
The championship will start this saturday at 11:00 AM GMT+1, you may sign up in the main thread (the link can be found below) until 10 AM. During the time of the tournament, you have to be in the Chat of this board, which can be found on the border at the top.
In the Chat, there are several rooms specially set-up for this championship, which should make communicating with your opponents a lot easier.
The chat room which you have to go to on saturday depends on which group you are in.
You may only participate with either Pokémon X or Pokémon Y!
Tournament Mode
Depending on how many people will participate, we will have group stages first and K.O. rounds after that. On Sunday there will be 32 players left who will face off in a single elimination bracket in which we will play best out of 3 sets.
The entire tournament will be played in the mode VGC 2014!
Rules
Pokémonbank rule: You may use Pokémon that have been transferred via Pokemonbank if they don't have any difference to Pokémon obtainable in Pokémon X and Y regarding abilities and moves. For example a Scizor which was bred in Black 2 with a moveset of Bullet Punch, Protect, Bug Bite and Superpower would be illegal, but the same Scizor would be legal with a moveset of Bullet Punch, Protect, X-Scissor and Swords Dance as it is possible to attain all of these moves on Scizor in Pokémon X and Y.
Because we expect most of the players from outside of Germany who want to play in this tournament to be used to the VGC 2014 rules and to know how a tournament like this is held, we will not go into detail regarding the rules, although you can of course ask for more details.

If you do not sign up like this, your registration might be deleted!
Please note that an account in the BisaBoard is obligatory.
Also, you should only sign up if you made sure that you will have enough time to play in this tournament.
