    hm, hab mich doch jetzt wieder für anderes team entschieden^^, aber irgendwie fehlt da noch so'n finisher.
    mal schaun, was ich da noch basteln werde :>

    Amerikaner 4 bezahlte Flüge (keine weiteren Invites).
    Koreaner 2 bezahlte Flüge pro Altersklasse (die haben aber nur Juniors und Seniors ähnlich wie wir 2009/10).
    Europa 20 bezahlte Flüge.

    ansonsten ist noch nix wegen lcq bekannt, ich denke aber mal, top8 werden sicher worlds invites kriegen, kostet die ja nix.

    europäer sind doch easy zu schlagen, die wirklich guten sind nicht dabei und das sagen alle zurzeit ;D

    uk: lady muffin (lol), snowsni (lol) und gary oak (lol). und wenn pokerob der beste brite ist, sagt das viel über die stärke von UK aus...
    france: bryan-b/p (lol), raphael candelaresi (lol, hat zwar jetzt 2 jahre in folge n flug geholt aber wie ruben so schön sagt: un jugador con poco nivel pero con mucha suerte)
    italy: matteo (das ist so ziemlich der beste, der noch da ist)
    spain: flash_mc (will chillen, ist zwar gut aber einfach nicht rubens oder kastys kaliber), kasty (zusammen mit matteo und yoshi mein europäischer favorit für nen worlds-win), ravi (mittelmässig), brajan und donsteve (lol), sekiam (der hat halt von kasty spielen gelernt, ist aber imo nicht auf kastys niveau) und lunaxxl (paris 4. lol)...


    es fehlen halt einfach spieler vom kaliber massi, zog, ruben, alexis, galooks. deshalb glaube ich zwar, dass europäer und insbesondere deutsche (mit flame, yoshi und picollo haben wir drei sehr starke leute dort, michi auch stark) ne chance auf top8 haben, aber es wird gegen die amis wohl nicht reichen.

    Analysis of the battle:
    • First turn choice scarf Salamence targets Hydreigon assuming no Haban or Focus Sash, in case of Metagross in the back also uses Earthquake with Focus Sash Garchomp. Having Haban Berry he knows he survives a dragon attack and that it is more likely that the other guy will not double target he goes for Draco Meteor on Garchomp, which is bulkier than Salamence, and Choice Specs Thunderbolt on Salamence which will get a 2HKO normally.


    • Thinking that he can KO Hydreigon with Rock Slide now he goes for that, Draco Meteor Rotom-W because you are trying to have Hydreigon KOd that turn anyways and paralyzed Choice Scarf Salamence with such low HP isn't going to be doing much anyways. Protect with Hydreigon because Garchomp will obviously target and -2 Choice Scarf Salamence is very weak and will target Rotom-W, Rotom-W is Choice Specs and being stuck in Thunderbolt will not help because of Garchomp, so switch out into something: Conkeldurr.


    FIRST MISTAKE THAT MAKES NEARLY NO SENSE COMES IN TURN THREE
    • Keep Salamence into get sacked for a free switch in, it is not going to do anything again, and potential for Hydreigon to switch out now again after using Protect is high coupled with the off chance that Conkeldurr carries Wide Guard so uses Dragon Claw to KO Hydreigon and hope that Conkeldurr is min-speed so Choice Scarf Salamence can still outspeed. Uses Drain Punch on Salamence maybe predicting a switch and to sack Hydreigon for your own free switch? This was the first mistake, best move would have been to Mach Punch Garchomp and try KOing Salamence with a move other than Draco Meteor, but tries to maybe double target Salamence with Drain Punch + unknown move because Garchomp KOd Hydreigon.


    • Thinks Conkeldurr doesn't have Mach Punch so tries to do damage to Rotom-W, Flying Gem Acrobatics targets Conkeldurr for the KO. Choice Specs Hydro Pump should KO Scizor (avoid) and Mach Punch now to KO Garchomp.


    • Scizor + Tyranitar vs Rotom-W and Thundurus. Choice Specs Hydro Pump hits and gets the 50/50 odds of KOing Tyranitar and Thundurus tries 2HKO on Scizor. Scizor Protects trying not to be KOd, then loses because it can't touch Thundurus or Choice Specs Rotom-W.


    There were other mistakes, but those are misplays caused by prediction, you can't really judge them as much on mispredicting if it make sense. Although the person who got 2nd did moves that weren't that good, it makes sense when you realize what he is basing his moves off of. Right now I'm just trying to explain what I think they were predicting and basing their predictions on.


    Ansonsten denke ich aber auch, dass es nicht unmöglich ist, dass die beiden Masters einfach gesandbaggt haben, eben damit sie unterschätzt werden.

    Ich lehn mich mal so weit ausn Fenster und mag behaupten das der diesjährige WM Titel nach Deutschland geht. Unsere Leute sind zwar nicht unschlagbar, die Gegner aber auch nicht und mal ganz ehrlich, wir habens einfach drauf. Wir zeigen so viel Präsents und Dominats in ganz Europa das die Engländer/Spanier/Italiener/Franzosen uns schon meiden.
    Wir haben den willen und vor allem das Können! den Sieg zu holen. Also lasst es knallen Jungs!

    The tournament is run using the Modified Format and Single Elimination pairings. Each Single Elimination match will be a best‐of‐three format, with the first player to win 2 games winning the match. Winning players advance to the next round; losing players are eliminated from the event. See the Pokémon Tournament Rules for additional information about the Modified and Single Elimination formats. The number of rounds run will depend on total attendance at the event.
